Roy Prevost knows there is no substitute for experience in business. He has more than four decades of it as a small business owner and consultant, professional speaker, author and community leader.
For more than 25 years Roy worked in and with retail, and continues to present workshops and keynote presentations on customer service. To date he has delivered more than 400 of them on three continents, and has guest lectured at Simon Fraser University. Roy has also shared his boots-on-the-ground expertise in the best-selling Turbocharge Your Retail Business: How To Outmaneuver and Outperform The Big Guys.
His most recent workshop and keynote series, Anxiety Begone: How to Alleviate Anxiety and Depression in Life and in the Workplace is based on his latest book, now in progress. Anxiety Begone draws on Roy’s combined business and personal experience in developing strategies and tactics for combating anxiety and low-grade depression that are now emerging as hot-button issues in the workforce.
This unique combination of expertise and empathy have also been central to Roy’s lifelong community service. He has been a long-serving and very active member and past president of his local chapter of Rotary International.
