British Columbia Chamber Executives Society announces board for 2020/21

The British Columbia Chamber Executives Society which has been providing professional development and networking for managers of chambers of commerce and boards of trade throughout BC for almost 40 years announces its new directors and executive for 2020/21, following its recent annual general meeting which was held virtually earlier this summer due to the Covid19 Pandemic.

 

President of the BCCE, Kim Smythe, President and CEO of the Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce, says: I’m excited to have a new team of Chamber Executives to lead into the next year. We’re off to a great start in planning, especially for an expanded professional development program to give Execs the tools to get the job done through a challenging change to our way of life in business.

 

Elected to the board this year as District Directors are:

  • Naomi Larsen, Chetwynd Chamber of Commerce

  • Colleen Clark, Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce

  • Jerrilyn Schembri, Tumbler Ridge Chamber of Commerce

  • Todd Corrigall, Prince George Chamber of Commerce

  • Julie Lawlor, West Shore Chamber of Commerce

  • Peter Bourke, Columbia Valley Chamber of Commerce

  • Dan Rogers, Kelowna Chamber of Commerce

  • Acacia Pangilinan, Kamloops Chamber of Commerce
